Package smarter with our fully automatic L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel system — a complete two-in-one solution built for consistent, high-quality shrink-wrapping at scale. From film sealing to heat-shrink finishing, this system automates your packaging line end-to-end, cutting labor costs while delivering a clean, retail-ready presentation on every pack.
How It Works
- Feed – Products are placed onto the conveyor and fed into the L-sealer.
- Wrap & Seal – The L-shaped sealing bar wraps the product in POF film and seals it with precision-controlled heat (180°C–250°C, adjustable for film thickness and ambient conditions).
- Trim – Excess film is automatically cut away for a clean finish.
- Shrink – Sealed packs move directly into the shrink tunnel, where circulating hot air shrinks the film tightly around the product.
- Cool & Inspect – Packs exit, cool, and are ready for final inspection and dispatch.
