How It Works

- Strap & Tension – PP strap is automatically fed around the product, with the 3-motor tension control system applying precise, consistent tension.
- Seal & Cut – The strap is sealed at the joint via the steel flange (PLC + relay) mechanism, and excess strap is trimmed automatically.
- Release – The strapped product continues down the line, ready for stacking or dispatch.
