“Terms & Conditions“
1.Payment Terms
“For standard machinery, 100% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
For customized machinery, 75% advance payment is required along with the Purchase Order, and the balance 25% is payable at the time of Sales Invoice prior to dispatch.
We accept payment through NEFT, RTGS, CASH, CHEQUE AND POS. In case of Cheque payments, Dispatch will be subject to clearance.
Delayed payments beyond the agreed credit period, if any, may attract interest charges at the company’s discretion.”
2.Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders must be placed in the name of: CREATEC PACKING SOLUTIONS, COIMBATORE
3.Price and GST
“All prices quoted are Gross Prices Inclusive of GST under Government of India Norms.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice in case of fluctuation in raw material costs, government policies or unforeseen circumstances. The quoted price is valid only for 15 days.

4.Delivery
“Delivery will be immediate from the date of commercial and technical clearance of the order, subject to stock and production schedules.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on customer requirements and customization.”
5.Warranty
“The machinery carries a warranty of 12 months (1 Year) year from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, improper installation or negligence by the customer without proper guidance by the seller.
This warranty does not apply to dealers.

6.Installation & Training
“Installation and basic operation training will be provided at the buyer’s site at free of cost and the Travel expenses regarding First time Installation alone will be chargeable (Customer scope).
Additional charges will be applicable for all civil works and electrical cabling (i.e).
Air Compressor fixing) Any additional visits, advanced training, or repeated sessions shall be chargeable at actual costs.”
7.Ex-Works
“All deliveries are made on an Ex-Works basis, Coimbatore.
Freight, insurance, loading, unloading, and handling charges are to be borne by the buyer.”
8.Shipping & Risk
“The seller shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during transit. All risks pass to the buyer upon dispatch from the seller’s premises.
CARGO Insurance policy could be applicable for complete coverage in case of any defects against loss, damage or theft during shipment of Product (at Customer scope).
The seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery, or obligations arising due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the seller.
All shipments will be dispatched on a ‘To Pay’ basis, and the consignee shall be responsible for bearing and settling the freight charges directly with the transporter at the time of delivery”
9.After-Sales Support
“After-sales service support will be provided at the buyer’s site as required.
Service procedures could be completed within 48 hour of service ticket raised as per the requirement of the buyer and availability of service engineers.
All travel, lodging, boarding, and related expenses for service engineers will be borne by the customer.

10.Return & Exchange Policy
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
11.Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal proceedings, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
