A strapping machine is used to tightly bind boxes, cartons, or products with a plastic strap (usually PP or PET) to keep them secure during storage or transport. It helps improve packing speed and ensures product safety.

- Operator places the box; machine tightens and seals the strap

✅ How to Use a Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine (Most Common):
Step 1: Power On the Machine
- Plug in and switch on the power
- Wait for the heating element to reach sealing temperature (usually takes 1–2 minutes)
Step 2: Insert the Strap Roll
- Place the strap roll in the holder
- Feed the strap through the guide rollers and into the machine
Step 3: Place the Box on the Table
- Keep the box/carton in the center of the machine table
Step 4: Wrap the Strap Around the Box
- Pull the strap manually over the box and insert the tip into the strap slot (sealing point)
Step 5: Automatic Tensioning and Sealing
- The machine automatically:
- Pulls the strap tight
- Heats and seals the strap
- Cuts the excess strap
Step 6: Remove the Box
- Now the box is fully strapped and ready for dispatch
